MATT AMOS
Born and raised in Kansas, moved around and traveled the world (the recruiter didn’t lie) until retiring from the Marines in 2013. Moved back to Kansas so our kids could attend the same school my wife and I attended.

Married 17 years to a woman who has put up with more than most would ever tolerate and I’m grateful for her, even though she’s always late. Two extremely talented kids (middle school and high school).

Skills: mentorship, bringing a practical and realistic approach to motivating others to overcome challenges, long range shooting (it’s tougher than a scattergun Chet), learning the hard way.

Passions: hunting... all of it, managing game on my property, watching movies and spending time with my kids at our cabin, long range shooting, and volunteering for Wounded Warrior Outdoors. Matt is available to travel for speaking engagements.
CHET SEARS
A military brat born on the great plains, lived on the other side of the world before settling and being raised in Central Louisiana (CENLA). A Louisiana Tech Bulldog currently residing in Wichita, KS and have been since 2007.

Married to an angel for almost 20 years now. Three wonderful kids (middle school and high school). Two nieces and seven nephews!

Former summer camp counselor, Sunday school teacher, Ducks Unlimited chairman, independent government contractor.

Skills: public speaking, leadership, shotgunning (better than Matt and Troy), the fine art of smoking pork shoulder, have been cited as a “local expert in aviation manufacturing history”.

Passions: spending time with my kids in the outdoors, traveling with my wife, helping others learn and grow, duck hunting, fishing on an east TX lake or a mountain stream, golf, sporting clays.
TROY TRUSSELL
Troy grew up in Shreveport Louisiana and moved to Wichita Kansas in 2011 with his wife Hannah and their daughter Maggie. Since then, they have added 4 boys to their family making them a family of 7. Hannah is pretty much superwoman in human form.

Troy graduated from Louisiana Tech in 2001 with a BA degree in Graphic Design. He now owns his own videography business, Trussell Media, where he creates videos of all kinds to help people and businesses share their stories, products and services.

Sort of an avid outdoorsman (hunting, fishing and gambling)

He’s a die hard Saints fan, he duck hunts and loves all music except country. But he can respect it. He can rock out pretty hardcore on the electric guitar.

Part of the year, you'll see Troy sport an awesome beard, because he likes his face to have a built in heater while shooting birds out of the sky. And he shoots them 3 times, every time. Hence his nickname, “3-Shot”.
